Hi,

Could you please follows the steps as below to restore the items to see if it works?

Hi,
You need backup the workspace and all projects, and then delete the workspace and restart the studio, import the existing projects into the new studio.
Here are documents about:TalendHelpCenter:How to export a project and TalendHelpCenter:How to import projects
Best regards

Hi,
Can someone please raise the priority of this issue and help on an urgent basis.
This is now seriously impacting our business. We need to find a solution for this asap.
You can remote in to my machine and check if that is possible.

Hi,
Sorry for delay!
With open source,  we won't be equipped to give you a remote assistance.
It's a little hard for us to repro your issue on our side. Does this issue still repro on other build version? 6.1, 6.2? Have you tried it on other servers(win7, Linux...)?

Hi,
We are running the same version in another server without any issues. I am not sure whether we can try it on a new Talend version since we are migrating data from lotus to Oracle. Kindly help in some other way possible.

Hi,
Can anyone help here?
I am tired of asking for help here. Giving a solution and staying quiet for couple of days is not acceptable.
Please provide a resolution to this issue.
