Unresolved Artifacts when Building a Job

Receiving error message: "The following artifacts could not be resolved:" when attempting to build a job.  I think it has to do with my previous post a few months ago where I ultimately ended up using a routine and installed some external jars to get that to work.  org.talend.libraries:jaxen-1.1.1:jar:6.0.0, for example. is one that cannot be found.  What do I have to download and where do I put it on my machine so I can build a job?  The job I'm trying to build is not related to the routine that I wrote a few months ago, but it looks like it may be trying to use one of the jars I installed for that code?  I'm not sure.

It turns out that this was solved with a patch.  Logged a ticket with Talend and they sent me a link.  According to the ReadMe, the patch is only available through a Support rep.

I can't give myself kudos on this one, either.

Who has thoughts on this?  Getting these errors specifically:

The POM for org.talend.libraries:commons-logging-1.1:jar:6.0.0 is missing, no dependency information available

Could not resolve dependencies for project org.example.edw_talend.job <job name>

Failure to find org.talend.libraries:commons-logging-1.1:jar:6.0.0 in http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
