Updating JobNames

Is there a way to change job names through the metadata or an automated way to achieve naming standards for an organization / company?

When there are lots of jobs and or objects instead of opening up each object and changing the name using regex or through metadata update the objects. 

Has anyone come across this and have solutions to address these challenges?

Hi
The source files of job are located in <studio installation directory>/workspace/project_name/process. I have never tried, you can have a try: modify the source files by replacing the old job name with new job name, and then open the job in studio to see if the name is changed and the job works as well.
