Uploading a file through tFilefetch issue

Hello,

I am able to upload file and perform updates successfully though the talend API tester (POST)

But when I am trying to use tFileFetch with the following setting, I am not able to update data, although logs telling me that upload succeeded. It is like the file gets uploaded in the wrong format or something.

Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong?
