Use OpenStreetMap data in SDI

Hi all, for those of you who are working with OpenStreetMap data here is 2 components to read nodes and ways from an osm file.
Utility functions to get tags are also available. This is an alpha release and could be included in future SDI release if that sounds useful for you !
