Using CDC (Change Data Capture) with an Oracle database : What type to choose ? (Log or trigger mode)

Hello everybody,

 

I wish use CDC (Change Data Capture) using an Oracle database.

What type of CDC is the best for an Oracle database ? (Log mod or trigger mod)

What mode is the most optimized, or the most powerful ?
