Validation XML through DTD and transformation by XSLT

Hello,
I want to transform XML file to JSON file by XSLT (tXSLT) but I had a problem :
the component XSLT show a error because my xml file contains DTD statement as following :
<!DOCTYPE ficAlimMENESR SYSTEM "ficAlimMENESR.dtd">.
My job is :
XML FILE - > tDTDValidator - > tXSLT
have you an idea ?
