I want to learn talend but seems here we have a lot of things to learn and work on talend.

I need assistance from the community members on hot to start with the basic?

You 'll find a lot to learn basics.
Also lot of blog from Talend, Rilhia, Bekwam and many others (search on Google).
Ask (good) questions on Community forum (you know it).
And finally, try, fail, try, fail, try, ...., succeed.
