Web Service : Output and not Input

Hi,
I want to use a web services, so I think I need the component : 'tWebServiceInput'.
I have a WSDL, a method and a lots of parameters for my method.
My problem is this one : I need to set my parameters, with datas coming from a database!
But in the components : 'tWebServiceInput', the parameters could only be written in hard! (by the keyboard)
Somebody know how I can make adjustable my Web Service parameters ?
Talend says when my mouse is over the parameters :
"The variable attached to this parameters is : __PARAMS__ "
-Can I use function(s) in order to make adjustable my variable __PARAMS__ ?
-Where can I modify __PARAMS__ ?

So I don't want to use the component as an Input component!
Somebody have ideas for help me ???

Hello
Assuming you have two columns in your database table: parameter1 and parameter2, you will query values of these two columns and put them as input parameter on tWebServiceInput component. (please see the screenshot)
