append rows in excel file

I have a loop in which I want to add some rows in each iteration. Is it "Talend-possible"?

Yes. In the tFileOutputExcel component make sure append is checked. If you need to start with a fresh file each time, you should add a step earlier in the job to delete (or move) the previous excel file.
