attach a file in s3 to tSendMail component

Is it possible to attach a file from an S3 bucket to a tSendMail component.  I want to deliver a .xlsx file at the end of a successful Talend job.

Hi
Download the file from S3 to local system using tS3Get component and attach it on tSendMail component.
