first run Talend Enterprise problem on Linux

Hi,
I had installed the Talend Enterprise Server (default installation) on redhat 6 64bit machine.
the installation was finished ok!
When I try to start the Studio with Talend-Studio-linux-gtk-x86_64 file i recive the follow errors in log-file:
