fuzzymatch component use issue..

Hi, I am using tFuzzyMatch component to compare 2 column names as shown below in my screens. But I am getting the run-time error. Kindly explain me the error and how to resolve it .

These are compilation errors. Switch to the code tab and see where your expression is wrong.  Maybe you have type mismatch.
