how to call curl in the tsystem using Talend

Hi all,
I am trying to use tsystem to call the curl command to run the coreNLP tool.
My command is like this  
"cmd /c curl http<server>={%22annotators%22%3A%22tokenize%2Cssplit%2Cpos%22%2C%22outputFormat%22%3A%22json%22}--data 'The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.' -O c:\test"
It gave me below. May I know who to fix my command?

use array of command instead - each parameter as separate line
