how to save job status at multiple checkpoints so that if the job gets failed later, we can restart job from the nearest checkpoint in Talend

Hi,

My job is taking almost 3 hours to complete, i want to know some mechanism if my job fails in between, i can start my job by nearest checkpoint. 

So, i want to use various checkpoints in my jobs, and hence if my job fails, i can restart my job from the nearest checkpoint. 

Please show step by step process and components, it would be very helpful.
