how to speedup data transfer between two databases?

Hi, I am a newbie to Talend, so I apologies if my questions are too simple.

I am trying to transfer data from Oracle tables into SQL Server tables.

I am attaching this image. Running it locally it takes about 2 minutes for 23k records. We have a table of approximately 3 millions records.

I know it's possible to copy large quantity of data, so maybe I'm not using the right components?
