how to update data based on certain rules

Hi All,

I have a doubt where i have my source file and destination file

source files contains set of details as follow

Source file

now i have one rule in source file Cause is Accident but when i need to write in Destination file it

should write as ACR

Ex:below is set od change i need to do

Finally my destination file should be like this below

Kindly tell me feasible solution. any help is much appreciated

this should be very simple, you can use above job logic,

use tFileInputdelimited to read csv file, use tMap with rulefile (tFileInputdelimited) as lookup join & you can generate output (tFileOutputdelimited)based on join logic.

look like simple inner join of two table. you could use tmap as suggested above ot tjoin. both will work.

i m unable to get it please find my tMap settings

again i am getting the same Cause in my end file 

i need to get ACR instead of Account and RPR instead of repair

can you pleas explain in more detail it will be helpful for me Thanks in advance
