import excel file in oracle with Merged cells

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask your tips how to solve this issue.

I need to import excel file in oracle db, but this excel file has merged cells, 

This example that i have in my excel file:

PS: I don't know how to merge the cells here in the topic, but i sent the example attached.

Plan	Cardinality	Offer
Oferta Base- Movil Hibrido Masivo- No AVI - Antiguos	1..1	Promoción doble de navegación.
		Promoción redes sociales.
Oferta Base- Movil Pospago - Antiguos	0..1	Promoción doble de navegación.
