intra-job re-useable dimensional lookup component / tmap

Dear Talend Community,

we are migrating from an outdated IBM software to Talend Open Studio.
The old ETL software as a dimensional lookup component that is re-used in various DB
extractions/transformations.

How would we define a re-usable lookup component in Talend Open Studio?

you are on open studio limitation.
you did no have subjob.
but you can use trunjob and get the output of it.
