missing jars: org.apache.commons.lang.WordUtils

Hi,

In Taland Open Studio for Data Intergration, I have a job that uses the tLibaryLoad_1.

When I run it, I get the following message saying "List of modules not installed for current operation" its looking for jar org.apache.commons.lang.WordUtils.

When I click on the Close button another message box appears reading: "Missing Jars: org.apache.commons.lang.WordUtils".

When I click on the OK button the job runs to completion and the results are fine (see screen prints below).

How can I prevent these messages from appearing so the job runs through on its own?

Thank You

Hello,

Are you installing talend with Admin privileges? If so, please try to run your studio with admin right (run as administrator).

Let us know if it is OK with you.

Best regards

I've had Talend installed for several years.

Can you tell me how to run my jobs in Admin?

Thank you

Hi,

Please refer below blog to get details on how to run the Talend with admin privileges.

https://www.techspot.com/guides/1718-run-as-administrator-explained/

On a side note, did you add the import command in the advanced section of the tLibraryLoad? Sometimes, we missed to add the import command even though we are adding the jars. Could you please double check it?

Warm Regards,
Nikhil Thampi

Hi Nikhil ,

Sorry from my slow response. I tried running Talend with admin privileges, but that did not resolve the problem as it still prompts me to click the close and ok buttons.

I've attached screen images on the tLibraryLoad. Do I need to change anything???

Thank You.

Hello,

We don't see your attached screen images on the tLibraryLoad on community.

Could you please have a look at it?

Best regards
