need to know how the truntask component working in realworld problem how its solving the execution plan????

i have problem in tac scheduling a job,

case is when i get file in box folder i need to run a job in specific interval this is my scenario i thought tRunTask component will help in this anyone know fully about tRunTask please share your knowledge advance thanks....
