nullpointer exception ldapinput

i  have a problem with ldap. when i execute the job in talend interface, it' s done. but when i execute in dos i have this error message

It looks like the error occurs when setting up the database connection. How is your connection component configured? If you're relying on variables for the settings, how are they set?

Did you execute your job script(.bat/.sh) in cmd? More information will be preferred.
