"Workspace changed" on every TOS start. Always restart necessary

After installing TOS 6.1.1 I changed once the workspace to another directory. Now, I am always working with that workspace. I never changed it again. Nevertheless:
Now, on every TOS start it says "workspace changed" and I have to press the restart button. Seems to be a bug - ?

Than good to have a ticket! I do not experience this issue (Windows, Linux and OSX + Java 8).

Did check but no success.
Version is TOS_DI-20151214_1327-V6.1.1
