[resolved] How to handle special characters

Hi all,
while processing a CSV file  i am having some problem,in my file i am having data like below for one of the column.
( 亚航BIG会员å¸?å?·äº”月快讯  )
Can some one help me how to handle this and which character set i have to use.

try to create metadata for CSV and while creating change character set to

windows-1252

if this is not work then try other set.

Thanks for your reply, while creating metadata i chainged my characterset to windows-1252 and i checked for different characterset's but still it is not working. Is their any other way to solve this.

I am suspecting these are chines or chines like character and you can read it by applying UTF-8 character set. please confirm.
