tFTPConnection freezing the job

Hello,

I am working on a project where i have to use the FTPs components, but when i use tFtpConnection my job freeze and nothing else runs after this component.

I tried to connect to 2 differents FTP servers and i got the same result.

I tried to uncheck the sftp checkbox, and i had a 550 error :

"550 SSL/TLS required on the control channel"

Is this a known issue in this version ?

Could you help me please ?

Thanks,

Daniel

Hello,

FTPS is FTP over SSH. Which FTP components are you using? Could you please post your job design screenshot on community?

Best regards

Hi,

Could you please change the authentication method to active to see whether there is any change in the flow? It is just for testing purpose. Please also verify the firewalls between the two servers.

Hello Nikhil,

Yesterday i tried to let the job run longer to see if something happens and i had a network error :

com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: connection is closed by foreign host

I'm going to try from a different network to see if the job runs better and i come back to you after.

Thanks,

Daniel

Sure Daniel.

Could you please ping the ports of target server from Talend server to check whether there is any network restrictions. Most probably that would be the reason.
