tFileFetch 400 Bad Request

I am trying use the tFileFetch to post a file to Pardot.  I am able to make it work with Postman but not Talend. I have tried dozens of different changes to make it work.  I just can't figure out what is different between Postman and tFileFetch.  Could someone help be identify the issue?

Hi @Ken Crider​ I am also getting this error , could you please help me if you had resolved this issue
