tFileFetch Error Method failed: HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed

I used tFileFetch to grab data from IIS 7
url eg. "http://localhost:8080/SPGFiles/AG/MELAKA0111/1027HR50551003820110119002.txt"
but it gives this error when i run
Exception in component tFileFetch_1
java.lang.Exception: Method failed: HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed.
how to resolve this problem?
