tFileInputExcel merge and remove duplicate rows

Hello,

May I please ask for your help how I can achieve below data? I am using Talend Studio 8. I am quite familiar with Java and other components like tMap. Thanks in advance!

 

Sample Data:

Name ID Date Start End
