tLDAP - connection error

Team,

 

I am trying to AD through adapt component

Getting following error

Exception in component tLDAPInput_3 (Budapest)
java.lang.Exception: javax.naming.CommunicationException:<IP>:<Port> [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect]

IP,port,certificates,Base DN, UID and Password are correct, but still i am getting this error

 

Can any one help with this error
