This component needs to be modified.
Currently, how the component works is it exports the data flow into a csv file on the Talend Server, and then it attempts to bulk import it into the PostgreSQL database.
The file, however, needs to be accessible to the Database Server in order to bulk import it. Which means unless your Postgresql DB is on the same server as the Talend Server, this component will not work.
So, I propose that you modify the component and add in the ability to specify the server where the file is to be created.
