tSendMail- SMTP values

Hi,
I am trying to send mail to my own official mail id(outlook 2013,for testing purpose) through tSendMail component,
Can someone tell me what I should give in SMTP host and SMTP port in tSendMail component.

Hi,
SMTP Port must be 25 which is commonly used and host will be your official mail server's IP or host name.
