talend exchange install (tQuartzScheduler)

I try two ways to install 

1. Preferences -> Talend -> Components 

2. copy Talend install folder -> plugins -> org.talend.designer.components.localprovider_7.3.1.20200213_1003 -> components 

     make folder  and put Files the folder.

But still doesn't work

Is there another way to install ?

@Barnum , after the first step, File Tab>>Edit Project Setting>>Custom Component. you will find that component and move that to the right box and click on Apply and click on ok and you will find that component in the studio.

Could you little bit more detail explain about "File Tab"?

I searched "Edit Project Properties" but there's no 'Custom Thing' in category..

I solved my problem by myself, the problem was directory's name.

when I first downloaded from Exchange, name was something like "tQuartzScheduler_fix203232 "

and I remove from underscort to number 2 (_fix203232)

after that talend can recognized it
