You have to verify whether the date field is null or not.  For example:

yourDateColumn!=null && !"".equalsIgnoreCase(yourDateColumn)? TalendDate.parseDate("yyyy/MM/dd'T'hh:mm:ss",yourDateColumn) :null

Hi

In your tmap leftside and rightside schema column has any date value, Just change Type-->Date and

Give DatePattern->"MM/dd/yyyy"(you can give date patern as you want).
