ts3list "Component List" is always empty

Hi
I am trying to use tS3List but the  component list is always empty.  I would appreciate a hint as what could be wrong.

Did you use any tS3Connection component in your work flow? Would you mind posting your job design screenshot into forum?
Have you already checked component reference about:TalendHelpCenter:tS3List?
