can i use tsystem in local machine

could anyone share the scenario for executing commands in local windows machine installed open studio

i want a scenario

      You do not have to limit yourself by doing everything from local machine. For example, you can always spin off AWS EC2 instances (Linux multiple flavors or Windows) so that you will know the purpose of tsystem component from both Unix and Windows perspectives.
