unable to log output from tRedirectOutput custom component

 I have used tRedirectOutput in my talend job ,which is scheduled on windows and i have checked System.out to .txt file with append option but unable to log the System.out.println output in the given file.Please help me with this component.Thanks in advance.

Did you schedule your job script file(.sh or .bat) on your server? Are you using an external scheduler tool or talend administration center?

yeah i have scheduled script file .bat and using windows scheduler.

Can you execute your job script .bat file successfully on server? Is your windows scheduler working perfectly fine? Are you using context value in your job? Screenshots of your job design will be preferred.
