unable to use tPreJob and tPostJob components with TIS 2.4.1

I would like to use tPreJob and tPostJob component in TIS 2.4.1
unfortunately i can't use it.
I tried to get some information or documentation (through Talend WebSite,
Latest documentation) without success.

Step to reproduce the bug:
-create a new job
-put the component tPostJob (or tPreJob) into the Job design
The "Component" tab is empty !
And i can't put another component into the tPostJob (or tPreJob) design using
drag & drop.
Anyone can help me to use these components ?

Which OS are you working?
tPreJob/tPostJob are used to assure the specify subjob work first/finally even you have checked the 'Muti thread execution' option. (see the screenshot)
