using tPostgressInput component

Hi,

I read in one of the posts we can use using tPostgressInput component instead of tMysqlinput to handle the Java heap space error(use the cusror option). However, I am unable to locate this component. can someone tell me how can i locate this component in Talend 7.3.1?
