using url paramters explore database question

hello

Recently,  used the tdbinput component  to implement RUL parameters  query the database and the result record to the trestresponse component. If the database query has records, the program can run normally, but if the query record is empty, the page returns 404, I don't know why. Please help me answer, thank you.
