12-Month Average by Day

Hello, 

I am trying to create a chart with the total count of encounters based on a selected date with the average encounters for the past 12-months on that specific day of the week. 

Currently I have the formula set for the average encounters based on status ID.

Ideally I would the formula would remove holidays but if not that is fine. 

Below if my current expression that is excepted but does not return a result. 

rangeavg(aggr(count({<[CaseStatus.ID-CaseStatusID]={'1', '2', '3', '7', '8'}>}[CaseStatus.ID-CaseStatusID]),[Case.StartDatetime.autoCalendar.Date],0,12))*avg(1)
