Accessing qlik sense App data/datamodel in another!

I am looking for a solution or workaround for a specific need, where we would like to avoid duplicating the oob Qlik Monitoring App 'Operations Monitor'. We would like to use the data in this App in a separate App, which will use subset of the data and kpis e.g for apps in a specific stream. Other than specific data to be filtered, the target application has its own sheet templates and customization.
Essentially we are looking at option of using a Binary load option (i.e loading from App) which I think is not advisable/possible in Qlik Sense Enterprise Environment. Or other plausible options like referring the sheet from the Operations monitor app but with the filtered data and the target App visualizations. Key goal is avoid duplicating the 'Operations Monitor' App but use its data or refer it somehow.
Binary load is possible in QS enterprise environment. restriction is You cannot use binary to load data from an app on the same Qlik Sense Enterprise deployment by referring to the app ID. You can only load from a .qvf file.
