I've just signed up for the Desktop version. I've completed the download of the application and have the icon on my Desktop and Toolbar. When I try to launch the application, I get a prompt button which says "Add Authentication Link". When I select the button I get directed to trigger the link through the Qlik Sense hub but since I can't access the application, I can't access the hub to trigger the Authentication link.
I could use some assistance to get this sorted out and would appreciate any feedback you can provide.
The hub is web-based, so you should be accessing it with a browser, not Qlik Sense Desktop. If you or your organization don't have a Qlik Sense server set up, that means you don't have access to the Desktop version. For a trial version, you should be using Qlik Sense Business as stated here: https://www.qlik.com/us/trial/download-qlik-sense-desktop
