Add certificate in Sense

Hi Experts!

I buy a certificate to add to the qmc in sense

1) Proxy

2)Security

3) Add the certificate thumbprint (with spaces)

When apply, i have a problem and can not acces to the qmc or hub, i have to delete the thumbprint in the proxy menu at the qmc

what are the correct things to do to apply the certificate in the console qmc?
