Adding Mandatory Field

Hi Guys,

I have added the filter in the qlik sense app. However I want to make them as the Mandatory field with the (*) mark..

I have attached the screen shot for the reference. Kindly help me out in this

it is not possible direct with Qlik

you can have VIZLIB filer

hear you have lot options you can make mandate

 Hi,

Qlik Sense release November 2018 have a feature to make a field required, but you can only selection a single value.

Maybe it can help you

1. Select a field, click on it and click on the gear icon

2. Check the checkbox below

3. That is it. Now you must have one single value selected

Another alternative is to add Calculation Conditions to your charts.

As, I have said earlier there is 2 filters client and Batch name

Is there any way .

If I unselect a client, is it possible to clear the batch selection as well.
