I do not get the difference between Admin roles like (like RootAdmin, ContentAdmin, AuditAdmin etc) and UserType (ordinary user, superuser and administrator). I guess UserType is connected to user/UI-side of the application while admin roles should be more technical.
Furthermore, I cannot find any info about differences between Administrator vs Superuser vs User either. Maybe looking for a wrong word in docs?
The UserType is a Custom Property, which means it was customized to your environment. I suggest you to check the security rules which use this Custom Property to understand its purpose.
