Advanced Text or Keyword/Phrase Filtering in Qliksense

My team regularly reviews free text submissions to identify technical issues with our products. The free text includes details about the customer complaint and the resolution, but being free text the data is very hard to work with. We would like a way to filter on key phrases or key words in those submissions, usually consisting of some combination of both.

I know there is the compound filtering option when you do column level filtering, but the syntax is not always intuitive or easy for my team to understand how to use. Are there other better alternatives to this?

Here is a downloadable example of indexing specific keywords in free text.

If you need to index phrases -- that is keywords with spaces, let me know and I'll dig up that example.
