Alert/notification

Hello,

i use qlik cloud i wanna know if i can send a custom alert/notification to all users like to tell them ( new sheet has been posted that had 1-2-3-4-5... stuff) can we do this . 

can we do this? or if not any other way on doing this??

Not so familiar on Cloud just yet, I have been using these extensions to alerts users that is added any modified sets.
