Always one selected value cannot select other choice

hi,

When date field is applied Always one selected value , the date field cannot be other, it should be other.
Does anyone know the reason? Very urgent, if anyone knows it would be very grateful!1.PNG

The color coding indicates that all other values are excluded based on other selections.
