Analyzer access rules

Good afternoon,

if i have 4 analyzer licenses and 5 users (1 license is used by two people) how can i see if a user take away the session to someone else? 

 Is it possible that the two users with the same license are using the session at the same moment and make it impossible for another one to enter?

Is there a way to limit this problem?
