Apply a filter to data as the load page

I have a data set that includes multiple locations. A user has requested that I limit the displays to only specific locations. I don't want to remove the other location data, as I would like other users to be able to access the larger dataset.

Is there a simple solution to "pre-filter" displayed data?

yes there are multiple I think.

The best thing for this situation, I think is to let the user (that want's to limit the data) or you create a bookmark.

when you create a bookmark make sure this is set to public so that the user who requested this change can also see the bookmark.

I created the bookmark and have successfully navigated back to it.

Do you know of a way to set that bookmark as the initial landing display when opening the sheet?

yes this can be done as well. Quick note about this. if you set a bookmark as initial bookmark this bookmark will apply for all the people opening the app.

got the bookmark tab and left click on the bookmark. A pop up will show up. here you can set the selected bookmark as the default. (see screenshot)
